The short version

• CheddaStack is free for families.
• Chedda finds deals. You decide what to buy.
• A deal can be wrong or end early. The price at your register is the one that counts.
• Send real deals, and be fair to other families.
• You can stop using CheddaStack and delete your account at any time.

Who we are

CheddaStack is made by BeargrassAI LLC. We are a small company in Columbia Falls, Montana. "We" and "us" mean BeargrassAI LLC.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your email safe. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your family.

It's free

• CheddaStack is free for families. We don't ask for a credit card.
• We may earn money from paid partnerships, affiliate links and special promotions. When something pays us, we will say so next to it.

Deals can be wrong

• Chedda finds deals in public posts and in the finds members send. A deal can change, end early, or be different at your store.
• The price your register rings is the one that counts.
• Ibotta pays cash back, and Fetch pays points. Whether they pay is up to them, not us.
• We work hard to get deals right. But we can't promise any deal or any saving.

You place your own orders

• Chedda never pays, checks out or picks a pickup time.
• Chedda can't clip coupons. You clip them in the Smith's app.
• Look over your cart and your order before you place it.

We are not Smith's or Kroger

CheddaStack is not part of Smith's, Kroger, Ibotta or Fetch, and they don't endorse it. Their names belong to them. We use their names to say which store or app a deal is for, and to explain how their apps and offers work.

What you send us

• Send only pictures, words and links you have the right to share.
• When you tap Right, you let us use that deal in CheddaStack's research. Our privacy policy explains how.
• Don't send anything private about other people.

Be fair

Please don't:

• send fake deals;
• try to break CheddaStack, overload it, or get around its limits, like how many pictures you can send in a day;
• copy CheddaStack's research in bulk with a program;
• sign in as someone else;
• use CheddaStack to break the law.

We can close an account that breaks these rules.

Our work

CheddaStack, Chedda, our words and our art belong to BeargrassAI LLC. You are welcome to share our public pages and your wins. Public posts and videos belong to the people who made them, and on our public pages we link to the posts we use.

No promises that it always works

We offer CheddaStack as it is. It may have mistakes, or stop working for a while. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond these terms.

Our limits

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for a loss from using CheddaStack, like a coupon that did not ring up or a deal that ended. If something goes wrong and we are found responsible, the most we will pay you is $50.

Changes, and stopping

• We may change CheddaStack or these terms. When we change the terms, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using CheddaStack after that, you accept the new terms.
• You can stop at any time. To delete your account, open Settings (tap You at the bottom of the app) and tap Delete my family.
• We may stop CheddaStack. If we do, we will try to tell you first.

The law

The laws of the State of Montana apply to these terms. If there is ever a dispute, it will be settled in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
